Role Description Ideal Candidate should be having solid knowledge within Digital Learning Strategies (Developed & Implemented experience both) along with supporting K-12 students’ ability to learn 21st century skills with approaches tailored to the individual needs of each learner. Job Specific Responsibilities • Facilitate, challenge and evolve digital learning methodology and learning solution models, features, and specifications across the organization • Work closely with various universities and education-based institutes regarding digital learning research and initiatives to identify and conceptualize new opportunities and accelerate current models and ideas • Actively manage the community of global networks and relationships to capitalise and accelerate to identify, research and act on opportunities ahead of competitors, allocating resources appropriately to achieve organizational objectives • Articulate and promote the education model, enabling seamless delivery of digital learning results • Design digital learning strategies in Arabic and English for non-native English language speakers as appropriate; ensuring content strategies adapt to the local environment, context and needs of learners • Evaluate and cultivate strategies based on academic market needs by effectively blending research and theories with solid business practice and actionable technology enables solutions • Serve as a key organisational champion of learning and education innovation and experimentation, maintaining a focus on key results and promoting communication of learning and discovery • Collaboratively identify, measure and oversee key performance metrics related to the implementation of the digital learning and educational delivery model, recognising successes and proactively coordinating rapid learning and recalibration for identified problems • Provide professional development support and take initiative to lead periodic performance feedback discussions (for both successes and development opportunities) for direct and dotted line subordinates • Develop a diverse and rich network of contract resources, working effectively with Human Resources on resource and succession planning for key roles and responsibilities • Proactively coordinate with Human Resources to ensure the identification and communication of clear career pathways as well as appropriate employee training and development Job Details Posted Date: 2019-06-20 Job Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Job Role: Teaching and Academics Company Industry: Human Resources Preferred Candidate Career Level: Director/Head
